K-GMT Science Program Users Meeting 2020

On behalf of all members of Center for Large Telescopes (CfLAT) in Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) and the Organizing Committees, we cordially invite you all to the “K-GMT Science Program Users Meeting 2020”. This will be the 4th Users Meeting but will be the 1st virtual meeting to be held online on Nov. 19-20th. The meeting was originally planned to be in Seoul with the Gemini Science Meeting (GSM) 2020, which was postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We still aim to use the 4th K-GMT Science Program Users Meeting as an opportunity to share exciting scientific results, plans, and ideas of yours for Gemini, MMT and other observing facilities. We welcome prospect and potential future users (e.g., graduate students), too. We also plan to introduce KASI’s long-term perspective on large observing facilities such as Gemini Observatory.

Please note that the oral presentation will consist of invitation talks only owing to time and technical constraints of online workshop. For those who want to share their scientific results in the meeting, we strongly encourage you to apply for the poster presentation. We would appreciate your interest and participation.
